MEDITATORS WORKSHOP:
ESTABLISHING CORE VALUES AND INTENTIONS FOR 2017
Saturday, January 7th
9:00 am – 4:30 pm
led by Floyd Fantelli,
leader of the Bozeman Insight Community
This day-long retreat will focus on establishing our core values, goals and intentions for 2017. Using a supplied checklist to supplement our own ideas we will each clarify and prioritize our individual core values to arrive at our five most important core values. But core values are only relevant if we practice them daily. So we will develop and set intentions for the year using concise statements of intention using each of the core values we established. We will use the Buddha’s teaching on Right Intention to establish the statements and intentions.
Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome!
The morning will be spent in sitting and walking meditation using guided tranquility and insight meditations. The afternoon will be spent as a workshop establishing our core values and intentions for the year.
Please bring your own lunch. Tea will be provided.
“I hope you are able to join me in this exploration on goals, core values and intention setting for 2017. I think 2017 will be a year when skillful intentions will be very much in need! Please plan on attending the entire day. Both sections are equally important. May you be well, happy and peaceful.”
