Summer sangha walks

Sunday afternoon, April 23rd 

Meet @ 3 pm at the BDC parking lot to carpool
to Bear Canyon

We will walk in silence up to the overlook, share a meditation-in-nature, then hike back down enjoying conversation.  Feel free to bring snacks and hang out afterwards – you can join us right on through ’til the MindSpace meeting at 6:30 pm.

MindSpace is a meditation group for adults ages 18 – 35, but anyone is welcome to join these walks!

No prior experience or sign up necessary.
