In these challenging times, meditation can help to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken wisdom.
Meditation is a means to quietly contact our inner life. When we know ourselves well, we are better able to relate to others in the world with integrity and confidence. In the Buddhist tradition there are several meditation styles that can aid us in developing the qualities of peacefulness and wisdom. Join us for this 3 week series if you would like to begin a meditation practice or renew the one you already have. There will be teaching, meditation and time for questions.

No prior registration or experience is required.

Offered for a suggested donation per session:

Base rate: $10-15; Students/supportive rate: $5-10; Benefactor rate: $15-20

If your circumstances do not allow you to make a contribution,
please enjoy the class free of charge with our blessings.
