Mindful Families Program

Sundays, 5:00 – 6:15
March 22 through May 17th

Parents and children (ages 5 – 13) are welcome to drop in and explore ways of sharing meditation.  The group will be split for a portion of the class- children will get age-appropriate instruction in mindfulness and parents can enjoy some quiet time for sitting practice.  For more, please click here to go to our Families Programming webpage.
