New Year’s Workshop:
Resolutions, Intentions & New Beginnings
Saturday, January 6th
9:30 am – 3:30 pm
Join us for an exploration of a perennial paradox: Can we accept ourselves as we are, while also wishing for some changes in behavior? Can these changes come from a place of self-compassion rather than self-criticism?
This workshop will include guided meditations, journal exercises and group inquiry from the work of self-compassion experts Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer. Together we will cultivate self-compassion, look to befriend the inner critic and seek wise intention for ourselves in the new year.
Please bring a journal.
Morning Session – 9:30 am – 12 Noon
Lunch break- 12:00 – 1:15 pm
Afternoon session: 1:15 – 3:30 pm
