All are welcome to this public event with Anam Thubten Rinpoche. The focus of this talk will be to unburden ourselves from mental habits that cause unnecessary suffering and to realize our natural state which is the inner dimension of peace, joy, and love.

Anam Thubten invites everyone to experience this spiritual transformation through meditation practice and the timeless teachings of the Buddha.
