SPRING QIGONG presents a program of qigong exercises, Daoist meditations, and dietary advice specifically for staying healthy this season.
It’s time to rid the body and mind of stagnate energy. The Wood Phase of Spring is an opportunity to renew yourself with qigong exercises, meditations, and dietary changes. This class will present a complete program of self care to help you stay in tune with the Rising Yang Qi of this heady season. Special attention will be given to detoxifying the liver, taming anger, and making genuine contact with all sentient beings.
