“The Essence of Buddhist Psychology”

Join us for a day-long of practice and streamed teachings on Buddhist psychology featuring Jack Kornfield. Tea will be offered.  Bring a sack lunch or go out to eat during the break. Feel free to bring closed beverage containers, camp chairs, a journal for taking notes and wear comfortable clothing.  All welcome!

All are welcome, no prior registration or experience necessary.  Donations gratefully accepted.
