Cancellation Policy for Residential Retreat with Tempel Smith

Due to the up-front costs of hosting a residential retreat at a retreat facility, our cancellation policy is stricter than usual. Please be comfortable with these terms before registering:

-Canceling more than four weeks from start of retreat (before April 20^th): Full refund

-Canceling 2-4 weeks from retreat start (April 20^th– May 4^th): 50% refund

-Canceling less than 2 weeks from start of retreat (after May 4^th): No refund, but please let us know

-If you need to cancel, please email: bozemaninsightcommunity@gmail.com

-Extenuating circumstances pertaining to cancellation (including accident and illness) will be considered on a case-by-case basis

If you do have to cancel, you have the option to donate your partial or entire registration fee to the retreat scholarship fund. This would be much appreciated and help us make sure no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
