An Evening with
Tim Burnett

July 26 7-9 pm
This is an introductory talk to a weekend retreat.   Friday evening’s talk is drop-in and open to the public.
Zen Meditation emphasizes the power of meeting our lives with clarity and wisdom. Compassion training helps us learn to also meet those moments with kindness, curiosity and compassion. Visiting teacher, Nomon Tim Burnett from Red Cedar Zen Community in Bellingham, offers a weekend workshop on practicing with the 59 mind training slogans for developing compassion popular in the Indo-Tibetan tradition.
