Wish Floyd Well on his Journey
With great sorrow, we must bid goodbye to our guiding teacher Floyd Fantelli. After 13 years of guiding our sangha, Floyd and and his wife, Leslie, are packing up to move to Monterey, CA to be near their family . Please join us on the evening of Thursday, September 9th at the Lalani pavilion in Story Mill park for a farewell evening to share our gratitude, affection and fond farewells.
Recommended to bring:
- a mask, we’ll be outdoors and masked for safety
- a camp chair to sit in, we’ll spread out a bit
- warm layers for a cool evening (and maybe raincoat)
- flashlight or head lamp for getting back to your car after dark
- a pen to sign Floyd’s memory book, or a pre-written card to put in it
There will be extra camp chairs available.
We will do our best to hot-spot stream this event over zoom for a simul-cast to those who can’t come in person. We will confirm those details as the event approaches.
