About the Teacher

Suzanne has been meditating in the Insight (Vipassana) tradition since 1992 and has been a member of the Bozeman Insight Community since moving here in 1998. She completed the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies’ Integrated Study and Practice Program in 2014 and Sprit Rock Meditation Center’s Community Dharma Leader training in 2017. She has also spent 12 years exploring modalities of western psychology (as a lay person) and how the tools of meditation can be used in psychological and emotional healing. She is a trained Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Course Teacher and is currently training in Somatic Experiencing. She’s a mom, a sometimes-writer and a former English teacher, financial analyst and entrepreneur.

All contributions will be split evenly between the Dharma Center and the teacher.  Thank you for your support, which sustains the center and enables us to offer the teachings as freely as possible.
