Intro to Meditation

Three part, ONLINE class

Wednesdays, April 29; May 6, 13
7 – 8:30 PM (Mountain Time)

with Dave Smith

A meditation practice can reduce stress, increase your well-being and lead to clarity and insight.

Taught online by guest teacher and author Dave Smith, this three-part class teaches the basic mindfulness practice common to all Buddhist styles of meditation and Christian contemplative prayer. It offers the foundational tools for maintaining moment-to-moment awareness of the body and mind. Whether you’re seeking emotional support, physical well-being, or spiritual growth, meditation can be an invaluable tool.

We are not planning on recording this class.
