iRest/Yoga Nidra is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that:

- calms the nervous system, and
- develops a deeper capacity to meet life’s challenging circumstances

This is a drop-in class, open to anyone.
The class is offered freely, but we suggest a donation to the teacher if you are able:

Base rate – $10
