Mindfulness for Children
Exploring Meditation with Kids 8 – 12
6-week course Wednesdays, 4:00 – 5:00 pm
January 20th – February 24th
This program will offer simple meditation instructions and Mindfulness exercises for children ages 8 – 12.
Parents or caregivers may drop-off and return. Please just drop in – No prior registration required.
Doors open at 3:45, please arrive early if your child would like social time before we begin.
This course is offered freely. The suggestion is $5 -10 per session or $45 for the 6-week series. If your circumstances make it difficult for you to make a contribution, please offer what you can or enjoy the class freely with our blessings.
