This afternoon half-day workshop will focus on Enso Drawing.

In Zen, ensō (? , “circle”) is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. (source: Wikipedia)

The ensō symbolizes absolute enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and mu (the void). It is characterised by a minimalism born of Japanese aesthetics. (source: Wikipedia)

Led by visiting Zen teacher, Marcia Lieberman, this is an opportunity offered for the summer practice period.  All welcome.  Prior registration preferred.  You do not need to take the morning workshop to participate in the afternoon workshop. This is offered for a suggested donation of $20. No one turned away for lack of funds. To register, please sign up at the Dharma Center or email us at info@bozemandharmacenter.org.
