Friday evening 7 – 9 pm (also open to the public)
Saturday, 10:00 am  –  5 pm
Sunday, 10:00 am –  5 pm

There are three important aspects of meditation:  mindful attention, open awareness and loving kindness. By practicing these, we can let go of negative mental patterns and expand our heart and mind, bringing about joy, peace and inner freedom. Anam Thubten will teach and guide participants in developing these three aspects of meditation and share Buddhist wisdom on working with our thoughts and emotions.

Please note that the Dharmata Foundation has asked that participants attend both Saturday and Sunday retreat days. Friday evening talk is not required for full attendance. Your registration fee covers the suggested $10 donation for the Friday public talk.

We have compiled some suggestions for lodging and restaurants for out of town guests which can be found here.
