Core Values and Intentions with Floyd Fantelli

Establishing Core Values and Intentions for 2021

Meditators Workshop
with Floyd Fantelli

Saturday, January 2
9 AM – 12:30 PM (Mountain Time)

Retreat Description
This half-day retreat/workshop will focus on establishing our core values, goals and intentions for 2021. Using a checklist to supplement our own ideas we will each clarify and prioritize our individual core values to arrive at our five key core values. We will then set intentions for the year using concise statements of intentions using the core values we each established. We will use the Buddha’s teachings on Right Intention to establish these statements, values, and intentions. Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome!

We will spend some of the time in sitting and walking meditation (instructions will be provided) using tranquility and insight meditations. Please bring a pencil and pad of paper.

I hope you will be able to join me in this exploration of goals, core values and intention setting for 2021. When 2020 began we had no idea of what was in store for us during this past year. Having lived thru 2020, I think we can agree having a strategy for 2021 will be useful. I think it will be another challenging year and a time to bring mindful awareness, kindness, and compassion to the foreground of our lives. Setting our intentions now will guide us into the new year. May you be well, healthy, happy and peaceful. Floyd
