About the Teacher
Nancy Taylor has been meditating for over 38 years and has been trained as a Community Dharma Leader through Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She has taught day-long meditation retreats and classes in Idaho and Wyoming for years. Her practice is Mindfulness or Insight Meditation in the Vipassana tradition. She lives in the Jackson, WY area.
