Based on ancient teachings of meditation, iRest® Yoga Nidra is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical and spiritual healing and well being. It provides you with tools to deeply relax, release stress, increase resiliency, improve your interpersonal relationships and provide you with greater mastery and control in your life as it nourishes noble qualities such as peacefulness, joy, empathy, forgiveness, patience, and loving kindness toward yourself and others.

It is a guided meditation of self inquiry based on a 4000 year old practice, done lying down or comfortably seated.  It’s easy to do, no prior meditation experience necessary.  It is a practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that:

-Relaxes the mind, body and soul
-Releases negative emotions and thought patterns
-Calms the nervous system
-Helps you reconnect to the peace that is always present
-Develops a deep capacity to meet any and all circumstances you may encounter in life
