A data scientist and lover of the outdoors\, he values mindfulness and meditation as tools for managing stress\, anxiety\, and ADHD. Rooted in a spiritual and dharma-based perspective\, Andrew draws inspiration from the Buddha’s teachings\, emphasizing compassion\, mindfulness\, and wisdom in daily life. \nConnor Free was first introduced to dharma when traveling to India in 2013. His practices today primarily focus on vipassana\, metta and mindfulness when on the mat; off the mat\, he loves to incorporate walking meditation while exploring the natural beauty of Montana’s great outdoors.
