Topic for March:   \n\n5th – Anytime Anywhere  Since awareness is always with us\, we can meditate anywhere\, and anytime\, even in challenging or chaotic situations.  \n\n\n\nWaterfall of Thoughts – When we begin to meditate\, one of the meditation experiences we have is what we call the “waterfall experience.” This means that you might feel like your meditation is getting worse. So now what’s happened? \n\n\n\n 12th  Introduction to Waterfall of Thoughts 19th Deepening  \n 26th  with Guest Teacher Tim Olmsted -We welcome Tim Olmsted via zoom to give a teaching and to host a Q&A session. Tim is a skilled Senior Tergar International Instructor\, and co- founder of Tergar International. He spent 11 years in his youth in Nepal studying with Tulku Urygen Rinpoche\, father of our guiding teacher Mingyur Rinpoche. He is the spiritual guide of the Buddhist Center of Steamboat Springs CO.
