About this workshop-style retreat
“In meditation practice, we turn the light inward; we encounter different aspects of ourselves, including our “inner critic.” We may wish we could get it to just shut up, but opening to it, we can forge a partnership and unleash energy, courage and spaciousness.”
In this workshop, we will use visualization and writing prompts along with sitting meditation, to befriend this challenging voice in our inner conversation.
