Our Staff is Growing!

Our marketing coordinator (Suzanne Colón) is retiring from this role to serve the Insight Community. Rather than try to meet the growing needs in administration, communication and marketing with one or a team of volunteers, the BDC Board of Directors has decided to consolidate these tasks and create a part-time paid position. By placing one person at the hub of our operations, we will ensure that things run smoothly and communications between all sanghas, programs and volunteers are clear.

The board has decided to allocate funds from our grant to pay a part-time position to fill this role. If you have any questions about this new plan or its impact on the BDC, please come to our Community Meeting on March 8th at 7:00 pm or pick up  the materials provided at that meeting provided thereafter.
