The human experience involves some form of “emotional injury.” These “injuries” accumulate within the body overtime, have a lasting impact on the body, and they affect the “Spirit.” And when these “emotional injuries” are not discharged from the body, they manifest themselves as physical symptoms or long standing chronic conditions that stack on top of each other—anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, brain fog, chronic inflammation, and many more advanced inflammatory and autoimmune disorders as we age.

Many people talk about “healing the spirit”, but what exactly do they mean by that? What does that even look like? How does it show up in the body? And how do we go about healing the spirit?

If you’re someone who is “doing all the right things”—eating well, exercising, meditating, praying, and connecting with your Creator—this talk is for you. In this lecture, we’re going to explore a spiritual component to healing and how Qigong might shed some light on “healing the spirit.”
