About Brian
Brian has received his spiritual teaching including bowls from several masters—Gochen Tulku Sangnag Rinpoche, his brother KhenRen Namchak, and translator Khenpo Tsonam as a student in the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Khenpo Namchak and Khenpo Tsonam blessed Brian’s bowl work by giving him the specific Tibetan Buddhist “Prayer of Aspiration” for their use and have instructed him in their spiritual work and understanding of the bowls plus granted him many Buddhist empowerments. Brian’s work with the bowls has received the blessing prayer of the direct lineage of the Dalai Lama through Tibetan Flautist Nawam Kerchog, a direct disciple of the Dalai Lama for 9 years.
Brian is certified in the U.S. bowl Vibrational Sound Association certification program, as a member of the first graduating class and helped edit their training manual.
