Thank you so much for considering cultivating the Dharma as part of your legacy. Making a gift (known as a bequest) in your will or living trust is one of the most effective ways to have a lasting impact.

Bequests may be a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, stock, or the remainder after all other provisions have been specified. Below you will find suggested language to take to your attorney for use in drafting your bequest.

For an unrestricted gift that allows the Bozeman Dharma Center to determine how best to use the funds, consider adding the following language in your will and/or trust.*

“I give to the Bozeman Dharma Center, a 501c(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID Number: 46-3365308) located in Bozeman Montana, *____________________ to be used for general purposes of the organization.”

*Include in writing: 

1) the sum of $_____________ or
2) __________percentage of my estate or
3) __________ shares of stock in _________________(Company)
