Awakening the Body of Love

Join the Thich Nhat Hanh Practice Group at Beall Park Recreation Center on Saturday, Jan 22 from 9:30am-3:30pm for a Day of Mindfulness! Whether seasoned in the practice of meditation or new to the practice, coming home to mindfulness of the body lays the foundation for personal and societal transformation. Offered by Dharmacharya Greg Grallo in the Plum Village tradition, we will return to the Four Establishments of Mindfulness and explore the interconnection between the body, the mind, and the world.

Impermanence in Action

This week, several of our volunteers have been exposed to Covid and are waiting on test results which has led to the decision to postpone the noon sits for the rest of January. Similarly, the Bozeman Zen Group has decided to move to Zoom-only for the rest of the month. Stay safe everyone!
