An Evening with Pamela Weiss

Come get an introduction to the path of Insight Meditation from visiting Insight teacher, Pamela Weiss.

This evening is offered freely to the public – no prior registration or experience necessary.  You are invited to make a contribution to support Pamela and these teachings, as is the Buddhist tradition. 

This evening is also the first session of a weekend retreat, which continues
Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

 Pamela’s Bio

Pamela Weiss has been practicing Buddhism since 1987, including several years of Zen monastic training and teacher training with Jack Kornfield through Spirit Rock. Pamela leads a weekly sitting group at SF Insight and offers retreats and workshops internationally.
