Developing Courage, Purpose and Balance When Life Gets Hard

with Dave Smith

Friday, October 7
7-9 PM

When the demands of life reach the point of overwhelm it is easy to slip into fear, complacency, and despair. In these moments, we so desperately want things to be different. Finding the capacity to embrace and overcome what lies at the heart of the matter takes courage. If we are willing to seek an alternative solution, we will find that we already possess the resources needed to turn things around. Courage, purpose, and balance are innate qualities of mind and heart that can be uncovered, cultivated, and put into action. During this event, Dave will outline various perspectives and practices that we can learn to develop within the midst of our lives and times.

Note: Registration is available for Friday night alone; however, the Friday talk is included when registering for the Saturday daylong with Dave.
