Eugene Cash is a Spirit Rock teacher and the founding teacher (since 1992) of San Francisco Insight. Eugene co-founded the Dedicated Practitioners’ Program for senior students at Spirit Rock. He also co-leads the Community Dharma Leaders program training people from around the world to teach mindfulness in their respective communities. In addition, Eugene teaches the Diamond Approach®. He is passionate about teaching mindfulness, inquiry and waking up in daily life.

All are welcome, no prior registration or experience necessary.  These streamed workshops are very casual- come when you can, leave when you need to.  Latecomers welcome.

Offered for a sliding-scale, suggested donation.  No one turned away for lack of funds.  All proceeds will be split between the Dharma Center’s scholarship fund and Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
