Join us for a half-day of practice and streamed teachings on somatic meditation: a way to remain rooted in our body throughout life, on the cushion and off. Tea will be offered. Feel free to bring closed beverage containers, camp chairs, a journal for taking notes and wear comfortable clothing.  All welcome!

All are welcome, no prior registration or experience necessary.  Donations gratefully accepted (suggested offering of $10-$30; no one turned away for lack of funds).
