Yoga for Meditators

Learn how to maintain and support your body for sitting meditation practices
In this 2-hour workshop, yoga teacher and Zen practitioner Amy Strom will teach gentle postures that open and strengthen the areas of the body effected by sitting meditation postures.
Recommended for all meditators, regardless of prior yoga experience or ability.
There will be 1½ hours of yoga followed by a half hour meditation.
Please bring a mat if you have one.
Suggested donation: $10 – 25 as your circumstances allow.
All proceeds go to the Dharma Center’s programs and outreach.
