Expand your mindfulness of sensory experience and foster insight into the phenomena of hearing, perceiving and interpreting sound. Led by Suzanne Colón, leader of the Bozeman Insight Community, each of these family-friendly evenings will begin with 10 minutes of instruction on mindfulness of hearing as a “gate” of sensory experience followed by a soundscape of sensation.

Each week features a different soundscape:

October 8 – Soundscape of the Human Experience

October 15 – Sonic Bliss Bath: Bells, singing bowls, chimes and vibrational instruments

October 22 – Sacred Chanting: Chants from cathedrals, concert halls monasteries, & temples

October 29 – Halloween Soundscape: creaky doors, footfalls, wolves, owls and other creatures of the night. Treats and cider after. Ages 10-adult.
